It’s amazing in just a moment, everything we can come to know. Sometimes the amazing thing about that, IN JUST A MOMENT it’s not what we come to it is what comes to us and teaches us what we need to know for THE MOMENT in just a moment and here’s a perfect example:
We can go from NO to SLOW to FLOW and most ultimately to GO and then we realize we’re more unlimited than we ever have imagined and in just a moment, we become even more so. . . .
JUST A MOMENT: FLYING YOUR PRAYER FLAG
FIRST SOME INFORMATION. . .THEN A QUESTION. . .
INFORMATION:
Tibetan meditation flags, also known as Lung Ta or “Wind Horse” flags, are colorful fabric banners inscribed with prayers, mantras, and auspicious symbols. They originated in Tibet and are used to promote peace, harmony, and balance in the environment.
The flags typically feature five colors, each representing an element:
– Blue: sky or space
– White: air or wind
– Red: fire
– Green: water
– Yellow: earth
These colors are believed to balance the energies in the environment and bring harmony to the surroundings. The flags are usually printed with mantras, prayers, and symbols, such as the Wind Horse, which is said to carry prayers to the heavens on the wind.
When hung outdoors, the flags are exposed to the elements, and the wind is believed to carry the prayers and blessings to all sentient beings. Tibetans often hang these flags near monasteries, temples, and mountain passes, and they are an integral part of Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
The purpose of Tibetan meditation flags is multifaceted:
– To bring peace and harmony to the environment
– To promote positive energies and balance
– To send prayers and blessings to all sentient beings
– To connect with the natural world and the elements
Overall, Tibetan meditation flags are a beautiful and meaningful way to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and positivity in daily life.

JUST A MOMENT: ARE WE THINGAMAJIGS?
IN JUST A MOMENT or even less than one, we realize there’s so many things that make us up; so many thoughts we think, so many feelings we feel and sometimes when we don’t know how to label them or explain them, it’s like seeing something in our junk drawer or asking for something that maybe no one else knows that we just called a THINGAMAJIG.
Well, we are kind of walking, talking thingamajigs, aren’t we? And sometimes what we can’t label doesn’t seem quite real until that feeling never goes away; and let’s face it, sometimes what we label just by labeling it, gets negated, even US. . .
So, if you wouldn’t mind, pass the THINGAMAJIG that describes what you’re feeling right now. Try to describe it; try to actually feel it for what it is and if you can name it, great if not, lean into it and sit with it, even in silence, just for a while with this THINGAMAJIG thing we call ourselves. . .
JUST A MOMENT: TOGETHER WE GROW
JUST A MOMENT: WHEN LOVE IS A LITTLE MORE
In just a moment. . .
we determine if love truly is more than a noun–a person, place or thing. . .
In just a moment
we determine if love truly is more of a verb
Where what we give to others
we get for ourselves
Where we take what’s in pieces
and stitch them back together
Where we find that a heart can weather
anything and still beat out a life
worth sharing

JUST A MOMENT: WHAT GUSHES OUT OF YOU
So. . .
If you sprung a leak, what would gush out of you? Most of the time we think it would be all the bad things, all of the things that we wanted and we didn’t get. All of our unmet expectations, our hurts, our losses, our disappointments; but. . . but what if it would really be all those things that we just couldn’t hold back, all of the things we could never get enough of and want more of, all of the things that mean the most to us: All of our joys, every answered prayer, every good thing that just couldn’t be harnessed in all of our love, all of our unconditional kindness.
If you sprung a leak, just what would gush out of you?
Well, not only would we know,
but in a moment,
so what everybody else. . .
JUST A MOMENT: YOUR VILLAGE
Honestly, our Village probably isn’t as perfect as we want it to be, not even when we are the creators of it all. It may look nice from the outside. It may even run what seems to be very efficiently, but you see, the thing that makes our village, OUR VILLAGE, is that it’s not always quite the way we really want it to be. . .Even with the best of our imaginations.
But there is a good part: We are creators and an even better part: When we invite others in our village they are creators as well; Creators of not just what could be or what should be or what we hope or imagine, but what actually is and even when things don’t seem to run OK or alright, and literally, it seems like things have come off the tracks. And yet, even then, there’s always still something that is bright and shiny and going on.
I have a question: Just what kind of village have you created and who have you invited inside to be co-creator with you?
The answer may well be the difference of
KEEPING YOU ON THE TRACKS
OR. . .
JUST A MOMENT: WHEN A MUG HOLDS MORE THAN JUST A DRINK
It’s a simple
yet a very profound question. . .
What makes your mug your mug. . . ?
What literally gives it
not just meaning
but it’s sip-ability
It’s amazing even when it’s empty
When it’s your mug
It’s filled with much more
than your favorite beverage or drink. . .
It’s filled with once upon a time in memories
and significant just a moments
and they’re so overflowing
that it can’t help but to be shared
with another
. . .What makes your mug
your mug. . . ?
In just a moment
without even a paused ponder
you know
and sharing what you know
of these sip-abilities
is most holy

JUST A MOMENT: THE NOTES OF OUR LIVES
The notes of our lives are not played by ourselves. . .
. . .when we pause
to hear those notes
it’s just not some scale that we maybe used to know
it truly is a joy to the world
that we can’t hear at any other time. . .
Now the real question is not just will you hear that song you play. . .
Will you share that song?
In Just a moment we can all know
