Oh yeah, it’s happened several times. At least a dozen times. But not as many times as it has happened WHEN I HAVE NOT BEEN RUNNING!

Ouch. We’ve all done it haven’t we.
I usually run/jog early in the morning, mostly even before the sun comes up. IF I fall…no one is usually up to see it.
Whenever I FALL by not keeping a promise, not caring more, being a huge jerk, having a short fuse, being hypocritical, missing a goal–badly, totally living a different scenario than ever dreamed, not just fighting but actually fighting dirty, seeing how I make a difference and absolutely-on-purpose-DON’T, I, I utterly, undeniably, unequivocally, overwhelmingly, uhhh. . .
F A I L.
So, now What?
Well, the “WHAT” is we have to choose to either FALL DOWN OR FALL UP!
If you Fall down, absolutely, the pavement isn’t kind. You’ll carry a scrape that usually seeps for ages before it scabs up and leaves a scar that tells a story.
If you Fall UP, absolutely, the pavement isn’t kind. You’ll carry a scrape that usually seeps for ages before it scabs up and leaves a scar that tells a story…but with an, “I’m Sorry,” sincerely to others and especially to yourself, a Re-calibration of sorts takes place.
And you actually get to do something amazingly miraculous: START OVER!
Who’s ever lived one day FOREVER?
Funny, we all try to do just that even though it’s ludicrous.
DARKNESS FALLS each day so the Sun can rise, signifying another day, a START OVER!
Yours!
Fall up–Clouds hurt much less than Cinders. . . .
